Molly C. Shields, M.D. is a Board certified dermatologist and dermatologic surgeon. She graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara and received her medical degree from Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans. She completed her specialty training in dermatology at the University of California at Davis. She is a Clinical Associate Professor of Dermatology at the University of California at San Francisco Medical Center. She is a diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology.
Dr. Shields lives in Soquel and enjoys spending time with her family. She is happy to be practicing dermatology in her hometown.
Tony Masri, MD
Dr. Tony Masri sees patients at Sleep Health MD’s locations in Los Gatos, Sunnyvale, Santa Cruz and Watsonville, California. A sleep medicine and neurology specialist, he is able to help patients with many different sleep disorders and neurological issues.
After earning his medical degree from the University of Toledo in Ohio, Dr. Masri completed a residency at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. This led to a fellowship at the renowned Stanford Center for Sleep Sciences and Medicine. Today, Dr. Masri is board-certified in both sleep medicine and neurology.

Dr. Sedgwick is board certified in Preventive Medicine and Public Health. She believes in patient-centered care, and enjoys offering patients evidence-based preventive, primary and urgent care services. She enjoys working collaboratively with patients of all ages and their families to improve health, heal disease and optimize function. Her personal interests and hobbies include: family, hiking, reading, cooking, gardening.
Komal Afzal, MD
Dr. Afzal is board certified in Pediatrics. She believes in preventative care, and pediatrics embodies the essence of that philosophy. As she says, it is far more beneficial for our health to get ahead of a disease process than to do damage control later. Dr. Afzal follows and practices the principles of osteopathic medicine, which tell us to treat the patient as a whole person, not just a medical problem. She finds pediatrics to be the most humbling of all specialties because it is a great privilege to be able to take care of someone else’s child. Her personal Interests and hobbies include: cooking, hiking, traveling and community Involvement.
