Steve Leuck was born and raised in Santa Cruz County. He has been practicing pharmacy in both hospital and clinic settings for more than 32 years, with the last 22 years being at Dominican Plaza Pharmacy. Steve has a passion for patient education. He has developed and launched an internet-based patient medication education platform called AudibleRx, designed for those challenged with literacy or visual impairment.
Jay Johnson, MD
is a board-certified cardiologist currently in private practice in Santa Cruz. After completing his Bachelors and Masters degree in physiology and exercise physiology at the University of California Berkeley, Dr. Johnson attended medical school at George Washington University. From there he went to UCSF for general medicine and completed his cardiology training at UCLA. Dr. Johnson has special interests in heart disease prevention and heart failure.
Jeanne Allen, Resource Specialist, Senior Network Services
Jeanne Allen has been with Senior Network Services Health Insurance Counseling and Advocacy Program (HICAP) for over ten years as a Resource Specialist. As a registered HICAP counselor, Jeanne provides information and assistance on Medicare benefits and counsels in long term care insurance. In addition, she is a local liaison to Senior Medicare Patrol (SMP), a nonprofit organization empowering seniors to prevent healthcare fraud.

As an orthopedic sports medicine surgeon, Dr. Eric Hohn is grateful to serve the Santa Cruz and Watsonville communities by helping patients reach their goals and return to their active lifestyles. He believes in individualized care through comprehensive evaluation and patient-specific treatment designed to help patients maintain an active, pain-free lifestyle. Central to his approach is a firm belief that knowledgeable patients make the best decisions about their treatment, and can help guide the diagnostic and treatment process. Dr. Hohn is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, the Arthroscopic Association of North America, and the American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine.
